Kurkuri Bhindi
This is a quick accompaniment with any indian food , specially light comfort food like fal chawal or kadi khicdi.
Slice 250 gms bhindi length wise into 4 pc each.
Just b4 serving mix in 1 tsp red chilli powder , half tsp haldi powder, half tsp dhanya powder, half tsp zeera powder, half tsp garam masala powder , 1 tsp amchur powder ,half tsp chaat masala salt and 2 tbsp chana aata 1 tbsp corn flour and some chopped coriander . Toss well and deep fry in small batches till crisp. Lastly sprinkle some more generous amount of chaat masala and serve. ( i have used shahi chatkhara from my brand @shahi_garam.masala)
