Al Baik Chicken

I’ve got soo many requests for this one , so heres my recipe for it , ps. This is the juiciest chicken everr trust me. I highly recommend u to buy the food injection for this , as it wont turn that juicy without it . I had bought mine from sharjah , u can buy it online at very reasonable rates.
In a small grinder jug , grind 4 Kashmiri red chillies , juice of 1 big lime , salt , 5-6 cloves of garlic , 6 tbsp olive oil , 6 tbsp reqular sunflower oil . Grind this to a fine paste and apply on 1 kg of chicken along with 1 egg. Let marinate overnight ( yes u need to have patience in this one)
In a bowl mix together 1.5 cup maida , 4 tbsp fresh bread crumbs , 1 tsp oregano , half tsp chilli flakes , half tsp garlic powder .
In a small bowl mix 6 tbsp olive oil , 6 tbsp regular oil , half tsp red chilli powder , half tsp garlic powder n juice of 1 lime. Fill this in the food injection and keep aside.

Pick a pc of chicken and nicely coat it with the flour ( keep pressing n coating so the flour sticks well ) dip the coated chicken in cold water for a sec and re coat with the flour .
Now heres the main trick
Inject a few squirts here and there on the coated chicken . For example your kadhai will fit 2 pcs so only inject 2 pcs . Deep fry the chicken covered on medium heat till golden.
Inject the mix just b4 frying , or you wont get that juicy effect.
Also in albaik they add red food colour to the injection mix , i dont like it so i dont add , you can add a pinch if u wish.
Serve hot with some garlic mayo. Just mix 1 tsp garlic powder in half cup of mayo.
