Gudh Ka Sharbat Jaggery Cooler

This is really easy and i guess most of u must be making it in ramadan, has lots of health benefits as well . Here’s the recipe for the ones who r new to it .

Take around 100 gms of jaggery , chop it and soak in a vessel with half glass of water , for 1 hour . After one hour dissolve any leftover pcs of jaggery by hand , and strain into a jug or a bigger vessel. Mix in 4 glasses of cold water ( add more or less according to your sweet preference) add some soaked sabza , juice of 1 lime and mix. Serve chilled.
