Chocolate Delgona Coffee

To make 2 glasses .. take 4 tbsp coffee , 4 tbsp sugar and 4 tbsp hot water , whisk it a little and beat with an electric beater till it forms stiff peaks.

For hot coffee . Heat 2 cups of milk , mix 1 tbsp sugar ( if u like it sweet , otherwise skip) and 1 tbsp cocoa powder . Bring to a boil and fill into cups and put a dollop of coffee foam on top and sprinke some grated chocolate. Serve hot

For cold coffee .in a grinder jug, Take one big glass full of milk ,2 tbsp whip cream powder or liquid whip cream ( tropolite) lots of ice , 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder n 1.5 tbsp sugar . Grind well and fill into 2 glasses , put a dollop of coffee foam on top and sprinkle some grated or chopped chocolate. Serve chilled.
