Nutella Chocolate Overload Cake

So guys im no professional baker , and not so perfect with the looks of my cakes , i just love baking so keep trying cakes on occasions. And this time it was celebration for 10k followers . Im sure u guys will love love love this cake.

For the sponge , make half quantity of my moist chocolate cake recipe , divide the batter in two 6 inch round tins ( coz i made a tall cake , u can simply make a single round or square cake )and bake till done. Let cool and slice into 3 layers each.

For the double chocolate filling n frosting… beat 500 ml ( half box) of whipping cream(tropolite) till stiff peaks and beat in 500 gm dark chocolate n 500 gm milk chocolate slab.
Make sugar syrup with 4 tbsp sugar and 2 cups water , just cook till sugar is melted .

Put a layer of cake and generously spray it with the sugar syrup . Spread some filling , followed by a nice generous layer of nutella , this way keep stacking all the layers and give finishing from the sides. Let cool in the fridge and cover with the remaining cream to get a perfect shape, use a cake comb to decorate and drizzle the top with load of warm nutella , decorate with your choice of chocolates and let set in the fridge for 2 hrs , remove the cake from the fridge keep at room temperature for an hour and then cut for perfectly moist and mouthmelting cake šŸ˜˜
