Phudina Aur Khopre Ki Chutney
In memons we have a variety of accompaniments known well as laawan . Aur dining tables should atleast have a few accompaniments with the food .
But i mostly dont make much of laawan otherwise i end up eating double of what i eat š¤£š Anyways heres a delicious accompaniment to serve along with your desi cooking.
Simply grind together , 1 cup phudina (mint leaves ) , v little coriander leaves , 3 inch pc of coconut , 2 tbsp imli pulp , 1 tbsp white til, half inch pc of ginger , 2-3 green chillies , half tsp zeera powder and salt , grind well with little water to a fine paste . And serve .
Stays well in a container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
