Mari Lassi

This is inspired from this lassi outlet in gujrat called madhvi , they are super famous for this lassi and i make sure to always have it when i visit gujrat .
Its a very simple drink which i recreated at home and super happy i turned out just like madhvis , making it at home often ever since.
This is a super heavy drink /dessert or also a meal in itself if u have a tini mini appetite

All u have to do is beat 500 gms of dahi and 6 tbsp powdered sugar with a whisk and freeze it for half hour .
Fill a glass with the thick lassi and top it with your choice of icecream . I prefer using rose icecream from apsara, or amul/creambell rajbhog icecream . Drizzle with some rooh afza or rose syrup if u like .
Enjoy this delicious drink cum dessert in the summers.
