Paan Desserts

Hey guys for all of u who missed my insta story … u guys have always asked if i have learnt cooking or baking . I have never learnt alhamdolillah . But for the first time to get finishing in my baking i joined the most talented #sonus_cake_parlour  whose cakes i have always loved and ordered. And alhamdolillah im so happy to have selected her for my first ever class . She is the best baker and teacher mashallah.
In the pic above i have used the sponge recipe by sonu , which is a professional recipe so i wont be able to share it. But in class we were told to make our own cake , so i tried to innovate something new Nd came up with paan cake which was loved by all mashallah. Thanku sonu for giving my innovations and love for baking the perfection i needed.

So here is the recipe of paan mousse which is my own creation , you can use it for the cake filling or serve it as a mousse or cream as a dessert.

In a blender grind together 4 small paan leaves chopped , 5 tbsp paan syrup ( ive used badshah brand , many brands r available) , 1 tbsp sweet gulkand paan mukhwas , 2 tsp saunf , little green colour, grind everything to a fine paste , remove in a bowl and mix 2 tbsp desicated coconut , 1 tbsp more of the mukhwas , 10-12 kaju chopped , 10-12 almonds chopped . Mix well and keep aside.

Beat 1.5 cup of tropolite to stiff peaks ( or add little milk to make a thick creamy texture for paan cream )
Fold in the paan mix weve made and use for cakes.
You can set the same into individual bowls and sprinkle some mukhwas on top . Serve chilled.

To the same recipe just mix 1.5 cup milkmaid and freeze overnight to make paan icecream.

Same recipe just little alterations to create , paan filling ., paan cream , paan mousse , paan icecream. So serve paan flavour the way u like , and decorate ur dish with rose petals, meetha paan and mukhwas like ive done.
