Chutney Chicken / Mutton / Paneer

Guys this is a real quick and delicious gravy that you can make along with some roti , naan or paratha . Its a gr8 dish to make when sudden guests arrive , this time i also added @safoods_aisha green pepper marinade to my recipe , and trust me it really enhanced the taste .

In a grinder blend together half bundle of kothmir, half cup phudina , 1 capsicum cut to pcs , 1 small onion , 6 tbsp dahi , 6 green chillies , half tsp haldi , half tsp zeera , 1 tsp garam masala ( my brand @shahi_garam.masala is preferable) juice of 1 lime , 4-5 curry leaves ,around 10- 12 cloves of garlic , 1 inch ginger ( better to use whole , if u have paste u can put 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste) grind everything to a fine paste and keep aside. ( i added 1 heaped tbsp of sa foods green pepper marinade while grinding the chutney , the ones out of india who cannot order can skip it)

In a kadhai take oil and put some whole garam masala , and pour the chutney we have prepared and saute well , add salt and 500 gm chicken/mutton or 250 gm fried paneer cubes and cook till done . Yes thats it ur delicious chutney chicken is ready to serve😋😋
