Peri Peri Dhamaka Chicken
Im sure all of u all knw how much i love innovating . Ive created this recipe using safoods_aisha peri peri marinade and peri peri sprinkler
Firstly marinate 500 fms chicken with 2 tbsp peri peri marinade ( for the ones out of India im sorry but no substitute for this ) , salt , 1 egg , 1 tbsp vinager , 2 tbsp dahi , 1 tbsp garlic paste , half tbsp ginger paste , 2 tbsp cornflour , 4 tbsp maida . Mix well , add a splash of water if needed , and let marinate for half hour.
Deep fry the chicken till crisp and keep aside
In a vessel heat little oil, add 2 slit green chilles , 8-10 curry leaves , 1 tbsp chopped garlic and saute littlle and add , 6 tbsp tomato ketchup , 3 tbsp chilli sauce , 1 tsp peri peri sprinkler , pinch of red colour , half tsp white pepper powder . Pinch of red colour, saute well and toss the fried chicken. Finally, mix in some chopped coriander and serve hot.
