Chicken / Mutton / Paneer Tikka Masala

Guys another finger licking restaurant style gravy u guys are really gonna love in sha Allah .

Marinate 750 gm meat or 350 gm paneer ( i have used whole chicken , u can use boneless if u wish) with 1 tbsp garlic paste , half tbsp ginger paste , 2 tbsp tikka or tandoori masala ( i have used shaan chicken tikka ) 4 tbsp dahi , juice of 2 lime , 1 tsp kasoori methi ,1 tsp red chilli powder, red colour and salt. Let marinate for atleast half hour or better to marinate overnight .
Grill the chicken in the oven till done then slightly roast each pc on fire with a few pcs of coal for charred effect ( if using mutton then pressure cook it till done , for paneer just grill it in a pan)
For the gravy .. heat little oil in a vessel , add 2 roughly sliced onions and 1 fist kaju 1 fist 4magaz , saute well till light golden , add 3-4 roughly chopped tomatoes and saute for 2 mins. Switch off heat , let cool and grind to a fine paste.
In the same vessel heat oil and add whole garam masala , then 1 tbsp garlic paste , half tbsp ginger paste , 1 tsp green chilli paste, saute well and add the prepared paste , 1 tsp red chilli powder , 1.5 tsp dhanya powder , half tsp zeera powder , 1 tsp garam masala powder , half tsp haldi powder , 2 tbsp tikka or tandoori masala , 1 tsp kasoori methi , red colour, little chopped coriander and salt , saute well and add the grilled meat and cook for 2-3 min , do koyla dhungaar and serve hot with butter garlic naan or ur choice of roti.
