Sabz Kardi
Ok guys so the ones who dont know , kardi is basically baby prawns , this is one of my fave dishes to have along with some garma garam chapati ( dont forget to drizzle some desi ghee😋) You guys are gonna love this no jhanjhat quick and delicious recipe.
In a bowl mix together , a cup full of baby prawns (cleaned and washed) one whole bundle of spring onion , finely sliced (white and green) , 2 tomatoes finely , chopped , 1 tbsp garlic paste , half tsp haldi , 1 tsp zeera powder , 2 tsp dhanya powder , 1 tsp garam masala powder ,5-6 green chillies finely chopped , and salt to taste.
Let marinate for half hour.
In a kadhai heat oil and transfer the marinated prawns . Cover and cook well till the water released has completely dried. Lastly add some chopped corriander and serve hot . This even tastes really well with some toor dal khichdi.
