Tandoori Croquettes

So finally im back to posting guys . Thx alot for all the love n prayers u guys shower upon me. Really happy that u guys r loving my recipes and loving it to that extent that im so happy to have sold almost 200 copies of my cookbook within 15 days of its launch.
So lets get back to the recipe.

Firstly marinate around 500 gms of meat with tandoori paste ( ie. Grind together 1.5 tbsp ginger paste , 1.5 tbsp garlic paste , 1.5 tbsp tandoori masala, 1 tsp kasoori methi , juice of 1 lime , some chopped coriander and mint , pinch of red colour , 2 tsp garam masala powder ( this is quantity of garam masala of my recipe , if ur using ready made then plz use half quantity), 1 green chilli ,salt, 2 tsp red chilli powder and grind to a fine paste ) apply on the meat along with 2 tbsp dahi and let marinate for half hour and then cook till done . Lastly do koyla dhungar and shread the meat and keep aside.
In a big bowl take 3 medium boiled potatoes and mash it , add 4 slices of bread made to crumbs , add half cup of malai or cream add 3-4 green chillies chopped and lots of chopped coriander mix all this well along with the shreaded meat. Make long kababs and roll in bread crumbs then dip in beaten egg and deep fry till golden. Serve hot along with chutney o ketchup.
