Chicken Barra Bhaijanz Style

So finallyyyy i got a chance to post my version of this super hit dish. It does have a few steps in the making but trust me u guys r gonna love it in sha Allah.

Marinate 500gm chicken ( you can use whole chicken , boneless breast or boneless leg which ever u like ) with , salt , juice of 1 lime , half tsp garlic powder , 1 tsp kasoori methi , half tsp white pepper powder . Let marinate for half hour and cover n cook in a vessel till its half cooked . Grill on the gas with a few pcs of coal just to give charred effect n keep aside . Also keep aside the stock that has released from the chicken
Heat oil in a vessel and fry 2 onions roughly sliced , 1 fist kaju , 1 fist 4magaz , 1 tbsp white till . Fry just till pink . Grind this along with 250 gms dahi , 1 cup malai or amul cream and 6-7 green chillies to a fine paste .

To the leftover oil add 1 tbsp butter ,1.5 tbsp garlic paste 1 tbsp ginger paste , saute little and add the prepared paste , saute more and add half tsp haldi , half tsp red chilli powder , 1 tsp garam masala powder , pinch of yellow colour , salt and saute really well and add the chicken and its stock . Cover and cook well. By that time in a bowl mix 5 tbsp mayo , about 3 cheeze cubes grated and half cup cream ( yes this recipe has lots of calories , go for a workout after eating🙈)
Add this mix to the gravy and cook for 5 more mins , lastly do kolya baghar and mix in some chopped corriander . Serve hot with your choice of roti.
