So finally i remembered to post this recipe b4 the kairi is out of the markets πŸ™ˆ had taken the pic days b4 but forgot to post , trust me i have so many pics piled up but im sooo lazy to type πŸ™ˆ
So this is a mazedaar chatakedaar accompaniment (my mouths watering while i type this🀣) to go along with any kind of desi food . Its really a nohassle recipe and tastes dddddelicious.

All u have to do i cut 1 big kairi into julienne, add salt , 4 tbsp sugar and 1.5 tbsp red chilli powder and mix and keep aside for half hour for the kairi to release juices . Serve along with ur fave food . You can store in a glass jar in the fridge for a week.
