Green Chicken

This gravy has very few ingredients but tastes really very delicious , a fave at my end along with rumali roti .

In a kadhai heat oil , add whole garam masala , curry leaves , 1.5 tbsp garlic paste , half tbsp ginger paste , half tbsp green chili paste , saute and add 500-750 gm chicken and salt. Saute well and add a paste of 1 fist kaju 1 fist 4magaz ( grind to a fine paste with milk) . Cook a little more and add 250 gms dahi ( grind the dahi n add so no lumps r formed) cook for some more time and add 1 small bundle of corriander made to paste , and 1 tsp garam masala powder. Cover and cook till chicken is completely tender .

Serve hot along with rumali roti or tandoori roti or butter garlic naan.
