Chicken Banjara

This is a really delicious starter dish can be served as it is or along with some butter garlic naan or chapati or even along with dal chawal.

Take 500 gm chicken , u can use whole chicken cut to pcs , boneless breast or tastes best with boneless leg . Wash and remove excess water , in a grinder grind together 2 fists chopped coriander , 2 Kashmiri red chillies , 2 green chillies , 8-10 cloves of garlic, 1 inch ginger , salt , half tsp kala namak , half tsp red chilli powder , half tsp haldi , half tsp garam masala powder, juice of 1 lime , 1 tsp kasoori methi . Grind to a fine paste and apply on the chicken. Also mix in 1 egg , 3 tbsp dahi , 3 cubes cheese grated , 2 tsp butter 2 tbsp cream and 1 fist of barista crushed and some chopped corriander .do koyla dhungaar.
Let this marinate for 2 hrs and grill on grill pan with little butter till done .

If u want to make it as a semi gravy dish then squeeze out all marinade and then grill the chicken .
Heat oil and butter in a kadhai , add 4 tbsp kaju paste and leftover marinade and saute well , add half cup cream and salt , let cookwell then add the grilled chicken and some chopped coriander (add a little extra of all other ingredients in marination if planning to make a semi gravy )
Serve hot with your choice of indian bread . I love it with butter garlic naan๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹
