Boti Batata Sticks

I guess this is a must make recipe in Ramadan for every memon household quick and delicious.

Marinate 500gm chicken/mutton cubes with 2 tsp ginger paste , 2 tsp garlic paste , 1 tsp green chilli paste, 1 tsp garam masala powder , juice of 1 lime, half tsp black pepper powder and salt . Cook till done and almost dry . Mix 250 gm boiled cubed potatoes to the meat so that the masala coats the potatoes also mix in some chopped coriander . Put the meat and potatoes in sticks alternating between meat and potato . Roll in bread crumbs then dip in egg and fry till golden . For crispy version first dip in egg then roll in bread crumbs and fry till golden. Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
