Beef Stir Fry

Crave for Chinese but not a fan of chicken . Heres the perfect recipe for u guys .
Normally when u eat beef chilli or any beef stirfry in hotels they hammer the beef and tenderize it for a long time. As this is too time consuming to do at home I used this shortcut to pressure cook the beef.

Marinate 500 gm thin beef slices with 2 tsp ginger paste 2 tsp garlic paste and salt . Pressure cook till done . (The beef releases enough water so there is no need to add water while cooking)
You will see after cooking also there is a certain amount of water remaining with the meat . Let it cool and mix in 3 tbsp maida and 1.5 tbsp cornflour. Add a splash of water if needed . Mix well and deep fry till golden

In a kadhai heat oil add , 1 tbsp chopped garlic , 1 tsp chopped ginger, 3-4 Kashmiri chilli broken to pcs , 8-10 kaju cut to pcs ,and saute till golden ,add 1 sliced onion and 1 sliced capsicum and saute slightly , add 4 tbsp red chilli sauce, 2 tsp vinegar , 1 tbsp soya sauce , 1 tbsp sugar , salt , 1 tsp white pepper powder and some chopped spring onion . Saute and add the fried chicken and stirfry well . If u want gravy or a bit saucy add cornflour slurry accordingly. U can serve this as a starter or add cornflour slurry and make gravy to serve along with some tandoori roti or fried rice.
