We make an entire jar full of these in Ramadan to fry everyday . Just love these . I’m sure all u sweet tooths will love these too.

For this recipe if ur making to have the same day then you can use fresh grated coconut . But if u want to store I would suggest u to use grated dry coconut ( not desicated coconut plz . By dry coconut I mean the whole coconut that is dried . You get grated in many dryfruit stores , or u can just buy dry coconut and grate it at home . If u get ready grated it’s better as it’s a tough job to grate dry coconut . The ones out of India If u don’t find this then only use desicated coconut as dry coconut has a very different rich taste)

For the filling …. in a vessel dry roast 5 tbsp rava till nice roasted smell comes , switch off heat and let cool , mix in 1 cup of grated dry coconut , lots of sliced nuts , half tsp elaichi powder , and 6-8 tbsp sugar according to your taste . ( I fill a jar with this filling and use as a refreshment after food , it’s just delicious)
Fill samosas with the sweet filling and freeze for Ramadan or fry till golden and crisp.
