Chicken Nuggets

This is a really quick recipe and kids favourite .
So I have 2 versions of this also one spicy and one regular .

For regular version . In a big bowl cut small pcs of 500 gm boneless chicken , 4 slices of bread broken to pcs , 1 tsp garlic paste , half tsp white pepper powder , salt ( I used to add ajinomotto to this b4 but have stopped using it completely after I have come to know it’s side effects) 1 egg , and half cup milk . Grind to fine mince in grinder in small batches .

Beat 2 egg with half cup milk and keep aside
Grind bread in small batches to make fresh rough bread crumbs.

Take a spoon of mince and dip in egg then with help of spoon put the mince on bread crumbs and roll . Then give desired shape . ( u might feel that the mince is too sticky . Don’t worry this helps the nuggets turn juicy)

For the spicy Version … follow the same recipe as above just add 4 tbsp red chilli sauce to the chicken .

And to the bread crumbs mix add 1 tsp red chilli flakes , half tsp garlic powder , half tsp mix herbs and 1 tsp oregano .

Follow the same process of making the nuggets

Fry on medium high heat the chicken doesn’t need time to cook. If u fry on low heat the nuggets will blow up like a puri and turn hollow in the centre .and won’t turn juicy. Serve the nuggets with mayo or ketchup or make a dip with 1 cup mayo and 4 tbsp siracha sauce.
