Dahi Lasooni Tikka

Hey guys for this recipe if u have a sigdi at home I would really suggest u to use that . The flavour really changes. If not then u can grill in oven or simply cook in a vessel or grill pan till dry and give charred effect by heating coals and grilling on direct flame.
For the chicken marinate …. marinate 500 gm of chicken with 2 tbsp hung curd , half tsp butter , half tsp white pepper powder , half tsp oregano , 2 tsp garlic paste ,1 tsp ginger paste, half tsp green chilli paste , 1 tsp mustard oil and salt . Let marinate for 1 hr and grill in your preferred way.

For lasooni sauce. In a pan heat 1 tbsp butter and half tbsp chopped garlic , 2 pinch of oregano.. saute very little the garlic should not change colour . Switch off heat and mix 1 cube cheese grated , 2 tbsp hung curd , about 100 ml of fresh cream , 5 tbsp mayonaisse ,salt and 2 pinch white pepper powder and little chopped coriander. Mix well and keep aside.

To assemble put the tikka in a plate and top each pc with about 1 tsp lasooni sauce . Serve immidiately .

To make hung curd simply put a seive above a bowl and put 250 gm dahi . Cover and keep for 2 hrs . All the water will get collected in the bowl and hung curd will remain in the seive . You can use to dahi water to knead roti dough or put in any gravy.
