Mithi Puri

I just love desserts and evrything sweet infact and coconut based desserts are my faveee . Just love these puris as it is and specially along with some kheer . You can make and store these in a jar for about a week .

For the dough … knead 250 gm maida and 2 tbsp rava , with 4-5 tbsp oil or ghee… crumble it like crumbs , add little salt and knead with water to a medium soft dough . Cover and keep aside for half hour.
For the stuffing …. in a pan heat 1 tbsp ghee and roast 4 tbsp rava till nice roasted smell comes . Switch off heat and let cool. Mix in 1 cup sugar , 1 grated fresh coconut , lots of sliced nuts and 1 tsp elaichi powder. Mix.

Roll 1 small ball of dough to a puri and stuff ti make half moon shape and fold from the sides to seal. Deep fry till golden n crisp.
