Chicken Tandoori Burger
This is my own version of tandoori burger which was loved by all Alhamdulillah
Tandoori chicken
Wash 500 of boneless chicken and slice into thin slabs. In a blender grind together , 2 tsp garlic paste , half tsp ginger paste , 1green chilli , little coriander , half tsp garam masala powder, juice of 1lime , half tbsp kasoori methi , salt , pinch of red colour , 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp tandoori masala , blend all this to a fine paste and apply on the chicken along with 2 tbsp hung curd and 1 tsp mustard oil. Do koyla dhungaar and Let this marinate for few hrs and grill in grill pan with some oil. ( this is grilled version , to make crispy fried version … add an egg to the marinate and apply fresh bread crumbs just b4 frying . Deepfry till crisp)
For the chutney … grind together little kothmir phudina , 2 green chillies , 2 tbsp dahi , 5 tbsp mayo n salt . Grind just for a few pulses . Keep aside
For assembling .. grill burger bread in a pan with little butter , place tandoori chicken on the bread followed by iceberg lettuce, tomato slices and onion rings. Add the chutney and close the bun. Serve hot along with some wafers or french fries (you can also add slice cheese to the burger if u wish)
