Mutton / Chicken Ghee Roast

Guys this is a must must try recipe for all spicy food lovers . A gr8 accompaniment with dal , or kadi , or khichdi . Can be even had with chapati as a semi gravy.

For the masala … roast in a tava…. 2 kashmiri red chilli , 1 tbsp whole dhanya , 1 tsp zeera , 1 stick taj (dal chini) , 1 tsp whole black pepper and 1 tsp saunf. Just roast till slight smell comes. Put this in a grinder and add , half tsp haldi , 3 green chillies cut to pcs and 1 tsp dhanya powder . Grind all to a rough powder. Keep aside.
In a pressure cooker cook 500 gm of chicken /mutton along with salt , juice of 1 lime , 2 tsp ginger paste , 2 tsp garlic paste . Cook till done .

In a kadhai heat some oil and ghee (desi ghee is preferable) add 8-10 curry leaves let crackle and add the masala powder we prepared. Saute little and add 4 tbsp dahi ,salt and saute for a min and add the meat along with the stock it has released. Cover and cook for 5 min lastly mix in lots of chopped corriander and a light squeeze of lime juice. Serve hottttttt😋😋
