Chatpate Aloo

All time fave of memons . Jhat pat recipe to make when sudden guests arrive . U can have it as it is or with khakras or fukni😋😋
Boil 500 gm potatoes with 1 tbsp salt and peel . Cut into pcs and keep aside ( adding salt is really important as the potatoes absorb it in boiling . If u don’t add it will not taste that good . And make sure to cool your potatoes b4 making the masala otherwise hot potatoes will break on mixing)

For the masala … In a kadhai heat oil , put curry leaves , 2 slit green chillies and toss the potatoes . Add 6 tbsp of meethi chutney of my recipe ( I always make and Stock for making these aaloo , kachumber with pulao , for chaat etc) . Add 2 tsp red chilli powder and little salt . Mix well and lastly add chopped coriander.

Ps. If u don’t have meethi chutney simply use 3 tbsp imli pulp.(that’s how my mom used to make)
